We’re seeking a UX Designer to be part of our Product & Technology team, focused on creating digital products centered around the user. In this role, you’ll transform user insights and business goals into seamless, accessible experiences, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in a dynamic digital setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support user research through interviews, surveys, and hands-on usability testing to deeply understand user needs and behaviour
- Transform research into personas, user journeys, and structured information architecture that guide product decisions
- Translate insights into practical, experience-driven design improvements
- Apply decision thinking principles to structure and simplify AI-driven workflows or automated processes, and approval flows
- Proactively identify UX improvement opportunities across products and platforms
- Collaborate with clients, product managers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and requirements
- Design wireframes, user flows, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and digital products
- Craft strong visual design foundations, including typography, colour palettes, and iconography
- Ensure designs meet accessibility guidelines and usability best practices
- Build, maintain, and scale design systems and component libraries for consistency
- Define and monitor UX success metrics to measure experience performance
- Validate solutions through continuous usability testing and experimentation
- Use user behaviour and performance data to iterate and refine experiences
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX / Product Design
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe XD)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world, user-centred problem solving
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong foundation in Design Thinking, Systems Thinking & UX Strategy
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability evaluation
- Experience building and maintaining design systems & component libraries
