About the Role
As a Senior Tech Lead, you will contribute to the development of micro-frontend applications using React, while collaborating with our product, backend, and infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop robust and elegant front ends for web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and TypeScript.
Maintain and enhance our design system with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
Collaborate closely with backend and infrastructure teams to integrate functionalities seamlessly.
Proactively detect and resolve bugs across the application landscape.
Assist in maintaining and improving a broad portfolio of applications.
Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Work on impactful projects that drive company growth and market leadership.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of professional development experience.
At least 5 years of experience building production-level applications with React.
Proficiency in React, React Native, and TypeScript.
Skilled in implementing a Design System and working from Figma designs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug across the application stack.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and seek help when needed.
Translates business challenges into technical solutions and provide strategic technical direction.
Will drive technical discussions and ensure high code quality.
Will take the lead in creating and maintaining a scalable design system that ensures consistency across web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with our UX/UI designer
Is familiar with backend technologies (preferably .NET, Laravel is a bonus) and APIs to help effectively collaborate with our other teams and add value to our Architecture Board.
Preferably has experience working with (or setting up) micro-frontends.
Fluency in English.
Nice to have:
Azure experience
Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Snike, etc.
Basic understanding of .NET
