We’re Hiring: Creative Web Designers (Client-Facing)

We are a well-established IT company providing BPO and digital services to international clients. As part of our expansion, we are looking for creative and confident Web Designers who are capable of directly handling overseas clients while delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Design modern, responsive, and visually engaging websites and landing pages
- Directly communicate with international clients to understand requirements and present design concepts
- Convert client briefs into creative UI/UX solutions
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and content teams
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining design quality and brand consistency
- Revise designs based on client feedback and usability standards
- Proven experience as a Web Designer (portfolio is mandatory)
- Strong skills in UI/UX design, HTML, CSS, and modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.)
- Good understanding of responsive and user-centric design principles
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory – client interaction role)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and confidence in client communications
- Experience working with international or BPO clients
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, CMS platforms, or frontend frameworks
- Understanding of branding and conversion-focused design
