Social Media Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, travel-loving Social Media Content Creator & Strategist to plan, create, and execute content that inspires people to travel the world.

📍 Location

Office-based – Kalubovila / Kohuwala (Full Time)

✈️ What You’ll Do

• Create engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, short videos)
• Develop and execute social media strategies for travel brands
• Manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
• Work closely with marketing & sales teams to support campaigns
• Analyze performance and optimize content for reach, engagement & leads
• Stay on top of travel trends, reels formats, hooks & storytelling styles
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in social media content creation & strategy
• Travel or tourism industry experience (strongly preferred)
• Good understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms
• Ability to turn destinations into stories that sell
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of analytics & content performance
• Strong communication & creative thinking skills

🎒 Bonus Points If You Have

• Reels / short-form video editing skills
• Experience working with influencers or travel creators
• Knowledge of paid social basics (Meta Ads)
• Passion for travel and destinations
