Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Cloud Engineer with expertise in Azure to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, with practical experience in building and deploying scalable cloud solutions.
- This role requires proficiency in Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. You will be responsible for contributing to the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering, specifically with Azure.
- Must be able to work between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (ET).
- Strong proficiency in Azure services including Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Active Directory.
- Experience with DevOps roles such as building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like ARM templates or Terraform.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Azure CLI.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable Azure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments across environments.
- Implement security, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies in Azure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC and scripting tools.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application migrations and DevOps processes.
- Conduct code reviews, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with Azure updates and emerging cloud technologies.
