Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Software Developer with strong programming fundamentals and a passion for self-learning. Prior experience with Odoo is not mandatory, but familiarity with Python and web development concepts is essential. You will work alongside senior developers and consultants, learning to build, customize, and maintain ERP solutions for real-world business problems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new frameworks independently, and growing into a full-stack ERP developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize modules using Python and Odoo framework
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Debug, test, and maintain existing applications
- Work with databases (PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts
- Collaborate with designers, consultants, and senior developers
- Continuously learn Odoo features, best practices, and new technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong fundamentals in programming and logic
- Working knowledge of Python
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with databases and SQL concepts
- Ability to self-learn, research, and solve problems independently
- Good communication skills and a positive learning mindset
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Any exposure to Odoo (Community or Enterprise)
- Experience with Linux environments
- Understanding of MVC architecture or ORM frameworks
- Git / version control experience
