This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, document requirements, and provide actionable solutions to improve operations. They will develop functional specifications, support project management activities, and ensure alignment with client business goals. Additionally, the Business Analyst will maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis
- Experience with Business Processes and eliciting Business Requirements
- Effective Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and reporting
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant tools or software for business analysis
- Prior experience in the FMCG, Food, or Hospitality sector is advantageous
