We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive IT Assistant to support our growing IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for all IT-related applications and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, network, printer, and CCTV issues.
- Coordinate with the IT team to set up computers, networks, and software for new employees.
- Maintain accurate IT hardware and software inventory, documentation, and records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
- 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, hardware, and networking infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide timely technical support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
