The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, payroll data, etc.).
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
- Coordinate training, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
- Liaise with external partners (recruitment agencies, benefits providers, etc.) when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (entry-level candidates with internships may be considered).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
