Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage websites using WordPress
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
- Ensure high-performance and availability of the website, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS
- Work closely with our design and SEO teams to ensure the best practices are followed
- Optimize website speed and ensure website security
- Troubleshoot and resolve any WordPress-related issues
- Update website content and conduct regular website maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to add new features and functionalities to websites
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- Ideally, 6+ months of website development experience, with a focus on WordPress.
- Experience with Page builders like Elementor
- Following a certification course on website development would be a plus.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Familiarity with WordPress coding standards and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
