Internship Opportunity: Data Analyst Intern – HR Department

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join the HR Department at SINGER Sri Lanka PLC.
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will actively contribute to digital transformation within the HR division through:
1.Power BI Dashboard Development & Maintenance
– Building, enhancing, and analyzing HR dashboards.
– Supporting data storytelling and insight generation for HR decision-making.
2.Digitalization & Automation Projects
– Assisting in HR system enhancements and workflow optimization.
– Supporting process improvements using digital platforms and tools.
–Working closely with HR teams on assigned operational tasks.
–Supporting employee queries and HR digitalization initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- An undergraduate in Data Science, Data Analytics, IT, or related fields.
- Familiar with Power BI, Excel, and basic analytics tools.
- Interested in HR analytics, digital transformation, and process optimization.
- A fast learner with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience working with real organizational HR data.
- Exposure to HR analytics, dashboards, and digital HR systems.
