What you’ll do
Design, implement, test, and ship end-to-end features (UI, APIs, data layer).
Improve performance, reliability, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Diagnose and resolve defects; write clear tests and documentation.
Participate in code reviews and iterative planning with engineering and product.
Contribute to code quality standards, observability, and maintainability.
Skills we’re looking for
Java + Spring Boot fundamentals (controllers, services, dependency injection, configuration).
Frontend fundamentals: semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; responsive layouts and browser dev tools.
REST/HTTP basics, JSON, error handling, and logging.
SQL literacy (queries, schema basics); Git and CLI comfort.
Templating (Thymeleaf/JSP) or modern JS (TypeScript, bundlers).
Clear communication, ownership mindset, and a bias to ship.
