Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Batticaloa for an Information Technology Lecturer. The Lecturer will be responsible for teaching and training students in various IT-related subjects, preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures and evaluations, and mentoring students to achieve their academic and career objectives. Additional responsibilities include staying updated with advancements in the IT field and contributing to curriculum development in alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Information Technology concepts and advancements
- Proven experience in Teaching, Training, and effective knowledge delivery
- Proficiency in Software Development and its practical applications
- Experience in Lecturing, with strong pedagogical and communication skills
- A professional or academic qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to motivate and engage with students to facilitate their learning journey
- Experience in curriculum design and development is a plus
