Responsibilities:
- Requirements elicitation, analysis, designing, and documentation by adhering to the collected client requirements and ensuring the developed product meet user requirements.
- Taking actions to improve products and systems by adhering to the proper Business Analysis principles and applying appropriate modifications when necessary.
- Integrating alterations after analyzing the effects to the existing systems/products/solutions and communicating to the respective stakeholders as per the requirement.
- Organizing sessions for technical designs of the products with internal IT teams to express and sketch solutions, draft project requirements, and assign work quotas for the developers.
- Having close communication with the internal developers to implement requirements to the point, guiding the QA teams regarding the testing of products, and performing test case reviews to ensure that all the probable scenarios are covered for functionalities of the products.
- Ensuring that the final product covers usability principles by sticking to the UI/UX attributes and functionality prospect.
- Performing user training sessions.
- Drafting SRS/BRD and user manuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (Fresh graduates are also welcome).
- PMI – PMA or ECBA qualifications are considered as added advantages.
- High caliber skills in communication, writing, and verbal.
- Attention to detail, analytical and scrutinizing skills.
- Experience and knowledge in an Agile environment is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, teamwork and being self-driven as per the requirement.
- Knowledge in different domains, UI/UX principles, and being updated about the latest technologies are considered as added advantages.
