What You’ll Do:

  • Manage client relationships and ensure long-term success through proactive engagement.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
  • Conduct impactful demos and presentations for decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline updates.


What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (preferably SaaS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of technology and customer value creation.
