What You’ll Do:
- Manage client relationships and ensure long-term success through proactive engagement.
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
- Conduct impactful demos and presentations for decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline updates.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (preferably SaaS).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of technology and customer value creation.
