We are looking for an experienced cross-platform Mobile Developer with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences using React Native or Flutter. You'll play a key role in delivering a fast, reliable, intuitive experience on iOS and Android. You’ll collaborate closely with Salesforce integration specialists, UI/UX designers, and product owners to ship production-ready features.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter.
- Implement clean, modern, responsive UI components following design specifications.
- Work with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and real-time services.
- Optimize app performance for speed, responsiveness, and low latency.
- Implement secure authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT, biometrics).
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-specific issues on Android and iOS.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Build, test, and deploy apps for both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Maintain documentation for features, processes, and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development.
- Strong proficiency in React Native or Flutter (we accept either).
- Ability to ship apps on both Android and iOS.
- Solid understanding of: Mobile UI/UX principles, State management (Redux, MobX, Provider, Bloc, etc.), REST APIs and JSON data handling, Mobile build tools (Gradle, Xcode, CocoaPods)
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, deep linking, or analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS (S3, Cognito, API Gateway) or Google Cloud (Firebase, Cloud Functions).
- Knowledge of HIPPA Compliance
- Knowledge of performance profiling, app optimization, and memory management on mobile platforms.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices and tools (Jira, GitHub Projects, etc.).
- Experience building healthcare, enterprise, or data-sensitive applications with privacy and compliance considerations.
