We are looking for a Laravel Developer Intern who is serious about learning backend development and contributing to real world projects. You’ll be working directly on production features under the guidance of experienced developers.This role is ideal for someone who has basic Laravel/PHP knowledge and wants to level up by working on actual client or product work.
- Develop and maintain backend features using Laravel and PHP
- Work with MySQL databases, migrations, and Eloquent relationships
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
- Implement authentication, authorization, and validation logic
- Fix bugs, refactor code, and improve performance where needed
- Use Git / GitHub for version control and follow branching workflows
- Test APIs using tools like Postman and assist in debugging issues
- Write clear comments and basic technical documentation for your work
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Basic experience with PHP and Laravel (projects, coursework, or personal apps)
- Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts
- Familiarity with MySQL or any relational database
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Comfortable using Git and GitHub
- Able to read documentation and solve problems independently before asking for help
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience with REST API development
- Familiarity with Postman, API testing, or Swagger
- Knowledge of Laravel Sanctum JWT
- Basic understanding of Linux commands and server environments
- Experience with any frontend framework (React, Vue, etc.)
- Hands-on experience on real projects
- Mentorship from developers with real client experience
