- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in IT support/administration.
- Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure/Active Directory, CompTIA Network+, or similar. • Communication In English Is Required.
- Strong experience with Sage X3 ERP or Any other industry recognized ERP is Mandatory.
- Proficient in handling Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Windows Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with Unifi Systems (Aruba controller, APs, switches, and firewalls (Palo Alto).
- Experience with other ERP environment Is distinct Advantage.
- Familiarity with backup solutions – Specially Veeam, NAS, antivirus tools, and endpoint protection platforms.
- Knowledge of network protocols, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, and DNS/DHCP
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and helpdesk ticketing systems
- Salary 120K-130K
