Role Description

You will be responsible for managing and growing clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms. This includes planning content, scheduling posts, engaging with online audiences, monitoring performance, and coordinating marketing campaigns. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring deliverables align with brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and manage content across social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients regularly to understand requirements.
• Manage social media calendars and campaign timelines.
• Respond and engage with audience interactions and messages.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and related analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and basic SEO principles.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
