Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate should meet the following essential criteria:
A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills with a solution oriented mindset
Minimum 3–4 years experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile working environment
Passion in translating business level requirements into user stories and tasks for the development team
Produce clear and concise documentation in gathering business requirements
Excellent communication skills whilst having the ability to bridge the gap between the Customer and the Technical teams
An expert in Customer relationship Management
Working knowledge of the Atlassian suite of tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
