We’re looking for high-IQ, high-initiative senior engineers who are not only fluent in the new wave of AI-native coding tools and frameworks but can also lead teams, architect systems, and drive complex initiatives from zero to one.
As a senior engineer, you’ll set technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and work cross-functionally on ambitious problems that demand both computational rigor and creative problem-solving. You’ll be expected to turn ambiguity into clarity, make pragmatic trade-offs, and push the boundaries of what AI-augmented software development can achieve.
If you thrive on building at speed, communicating clearly across disciplines, and wielding AI tools as a natural extension of your engineering brain, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Architect & Lead: Design and own end-to-end system architecture, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and AI-first.
- Think Computationally: Frame problems algorithmically, reason through edge cases, and design elegant abstractions that others can build on.
- Ship & Scale: Drive feature development from prototype to production balancing speed, quality, and sustainability.
- Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior engineers, partner with product, design, and leadership, and foster a culture of clear thinking and excellent communication.
- AI-First Development: Evaluate, adopt, and sometimes invent new AI frameworks, libraries, and workflows to maximize leverage.
- Problem-Solve Ambiguity: Take messy, high-stakes challenges and structure them into actionable plans, communicating your reasoning every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
- High Cognitive Ability: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; you connect dots and spot patterns others miss.
- Senior-Level Communication: You influence through clarity, structure, and empathy, making complex technical decisions accessible across functions.
- Computational Depth: Strong grounding in algorithms, data structures, and systems thinking paired with the ability to use AI tools to accelerate.
- AI-Native Expertise: Significant experience with AI coding assistants, LLM frameworks, and AI-augmented workflows (e.g., LangChain, vector DBs, fine-tuning pipelines etc.).
- Technical Foundation: CS/Engineering degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of software engineering experience.
- Ownership Mindset: You think in terms of outcomes and caring about shipping, iterating and making things work in the real world.
