We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with minimum 3 years of experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about product usability and enjoys ensuring platforms deliver a smooth and intuitive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and test our platform’s functionality with a focus on usability and navigation.
- Provide constructive feedback on UI/UX aspects such as button placement, navigation flow, and overall user journey.
- Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure issues are clearly communicated and resolved.
- Apply attention to detail and common sense to question design or usability decisions where needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing, QA, or usability testing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues others may miss.
- Excellent communication skills for clear feedback and collaboration.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.
