Description
As part of an agile development team, the analyst is responsible in having a comprehensive understanding of the product, functionality and the architecture. The analyst should be able to dissect the requirements and plan for quality assurance requirements at each stage of the development process. The analyst must be able to design highly detailed tests and train junior analysts in achieving the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of product
- Analyse requirements and estimate quality assurance efforts
- Adopt industry best practices and organisational design standards
- Design and execute comprehensive tests
- Report defects in detail
- Managing test environment
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the software industry
- Hands-on experience in manual testing; knowledge of automation tools such as Playwright will be an added advantage.
- A degree in a relevant technical discipline or an equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in Playwright is a plus.
- Experience in test automation will be an added advantage.
