About Us:
Irusri Group is looking for passionate and talented Computer Science graduates or undergraduates to join our dynamic team for a 1-year internship. This program provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world software development and digital innovation projects, while working alongside experienced professionals in Sri Lanka.
We are currently offering internships in the following areas:
- Backend Development
- Frontend Development
- Mobile Application Development
- Digital Marketing & SEO Expert
- Quality Assurance
What We’re Looking For
- Studying or completed a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of software applications.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Genuine passion for technology and innovation
- Logical thinking with the ability to analyse and troubleshoot challenges.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Explore and apply AI/automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, TensorFlow, RPA tools) to enhance workflows
