Shop2Lanka is a fast-growing e-commerce business dedicated to providing a smooth online shopping experience. We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts and customer engagement activities.
What You’ll Do
Assist in managing and growing our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Create engaging content using Canva (posts, reels, stories, and promotional designs).
Handle basic customer inquiries via social media and email.
Support paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Conduct basic SEO research and help implement strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Assist in email marketing campaigns and other promotional activities.
Keep up with the latest digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
What We’re Looking For
Undergraduate / fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, IT, Multimedia, or related field.
Passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce.
Familiar with social media marketing and basic Canva design.
Strong communication skills for handling customer messages.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
