We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to focus on app growth and lead generation. If you're a pro at driving high-quality installs, scaling user acquisition through paid channels, and constantly optimising for ROAS, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and emerging platforms.
  • Drive campaigns focused on app installs, active user acquisition, and lead generation, while supporting other business goals.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and make strategic decisions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Research and analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to optimise conversion rates.
  • Produce clear, actionable reports detailing performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the account handling, SEO, Social Media and creative teams to ensure integration.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Firebase and other tools.
  • Comfort working with product metrics like CPI, CAC, LTV, retention, and cohort analysis.
  • Understanding of ad policies and advertising standards.
  • In-depth understanding of audience segmentation and targeting techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
