What You’ll Do:

• Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining hardware systems (PCs, printers, scanners, IP phones).
• Provide support for software installations, upgrades, and configurations across the company.
• Help manage user access, email configurations, and IT-related onboarding support.
• Support day-to-day IT helpdesk operations and resolve user-reported issues efficiently.
• Assist in basic network and server monitoring under the guidance of the IT team.
• Get exposure to digital systems and tools, including internal platforms, cloud services, and cyber security best practices.
• Participate in company-wide tech projects and automation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of networking, cloud applications, and troubleshooting methods.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
