Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Associate at ALT X, based in Colombo. You will assist with daily operations, support project management, conduct research, analyse data, and contribute to client communications and interfacing.
What you'll need
- A minimum of 1 years experience in either marketing, digital marketing, brand management, PR or eCommerce
- Higher diploma or degree in Business, Management, or Marketing
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Natural aptitude for digital tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (essential)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
In Both Disciplines
You'll work with some of the world’s largest brands and learn to apply cutting-edge marketing practices.
What You’ll Do in eCommerce
- Learn eCommerce operations with international brands
- Gain expertise in managing online stores (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, WooCommerce etc.,)
- Implement ALT X’s proprietary eCom 360 methodology
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns, data analysis, and strategic planning
What You’ll Do in Client Engagement
- Learn advanced techniques in business and account management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support account management processes and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects
