Responsibilities

  • Screen candidate resumes and assists with recruitment activities.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR operations such as document management, attendance tracking, and system updates.
  • Help with onboarding new hires, including preparing employee files and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Assist with university relations, including coordinating internship programs, maintaining communication with university contacts, and participating in campus engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, such as team-building activities and employee appreciation days.


Pre-requisites

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
