- Provide end to end technical design of solutions as per customer requirements
- Provide pre sales support & deliver technical consultation
- Developing relationships and maintaining healthy customer relations.
- Knowledge of installation, commissioning and configuration of CCTV/ALARM/PA/PABX
- Support technical team with troubleshooting
- Keen interest in modern and emerging Security and Surveillance Technologies.
- Keep up with the modern technological trends and check for the integration possibilities to include.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Electronics/Electrical/Telecom Engineering.
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
- MS Office skills and experience
