Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Owner in all facets of Agile build of technology solutions and enhancements.
  • Elicit, analyze, write/create business requirement documents (including Agile stories, screen mock-ups supporting documentation).
  • To increase the business value, collaborate with the product owner to create the product backlog by using Agile practices.
  • Work to tight deadlines, get involved in Scrum meetings, work very closely with the developers and testers and understand their realistic capabilities and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Own the entire requirements management process such as, documentation, elicitation, elaboration, walkthroughs, communication, and sign offs.
  • Solution and function designing.
  • Non-functional prototype development.
  • Presentations for Internal and External requirements.
  • Meeting potential and existing clients for Demos, requirement elicitation, clarifications, and walkthroughs.
  • Manage assigned projects to ensure on time delivery.
  • Carry out solution reviews and provide feedback on identified issues, improvements or to align solution or to requirement.
  • Effectively communicate between project teams and clients in various locations.
  • Actively work with teams within the entire product development/project life cycles.
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
  • Create and maintain other artefact related to Business Analysis.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Management.
  • BA related Certification from IIBA or PMI is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as a Business Analyst covering core BA activities.
  • Preferably experience in tracking client queries, UAT and production related issues.
  • Experience in scrum/ sprint work and backlog management is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage relationships at all levels in the organization, and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and impeccable command in English.
  • Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Office suite and experience on working JIRA /Confluence (added advantage).
