Job Description:
- Manage system administration tasks related to the infrastructure.
- Provide end-user support, including hardware troubleshooting and device configuration.
- Assist in deploying, maintaining, and resolving issues related to virtualization technologies (Proxmox, Hyper-V, VMware ESXi) and enterprise applications.
- Support IT operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams on IT infrastructure implementations and upgrades.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure and cloud computing.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma in IT, NVQ Level 4/ HND or similar Certification
- Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications is preferred. one year
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
