We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer with a strong focus on user experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless digital experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to effectively communicate ideas.
  • Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user interfaces.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX/UI designs.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across various devices.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Engineer, UX Designer, or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies, design processes, and final UI implementations.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience with prototyping and wire-framing tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
