Key Responsibilities
Provide support to end-user devices including PCs,
laptops, and printers.
Assist in the server and firewall environment
management.
Onsite and remote technical support to resolve
technical issues efficiently.
Troubleshoot end-user problems with hardware and
software, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain and manage vendor contracts
Required Skills and Qualifications
BSc in Information Technology (IT) or HND.
Basic knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure
and networking principles.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to
troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Effective communication skills for interacting with end users and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
