Role and Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Admin - This role would include (but not limited to) the following

• Take and make calls from/for potential clients and send quotation and provide documents as requested
• Order creation
• Creation and Maintenance of agreements between clients and the company
• Manage prospect contacts and encode in CRM
• Quoting (Kaseya Quote Manager)
• Invite potential clients for upcoming events
• Keep clients updated regarding the status of their orders and appointments
• General Data Entry
• Maintain subscription renewal
• Reporting for weekly sales meeting and relevant information to Leadership team (Strety/Teams/EOS)
• Marketing (Keap/Autotask/Email)
• Email campaign follow up
• List cleaning
• Admin for client management/sales for Director

Key Skills and Key Qualifications:

• This would require someone who communicated and understood quickly however we would ensure that communications from the director are recorded so that they could refer back to it. There is strong support for this role from other management team members and a lot of this would be coordination and follow up outside of quoting and ticket creation.
