The Role

  • Deployment and support of network infrastructure such as firewalls, VPCs, Site2site tunnels(Direct connections), routers, switches, software defined networking VPNs, VOIP etc.
  • Analyzing and resolving network security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain artifact library of network policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Comply and support GTN policies, certifications, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinating with vendors on incident management.
  • On-call support for 24 x 7 x 365 production environment.

Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in on-prem/cloud environments/VMs with a degree, diploma and or certification.
  • Exposure to AWS and cloud platforms on network configurations, security, and best practices.
  • Scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Ruby, NET).
  • Exposure to IITL/ITSM/SRE practices.
  • Kubernetes and experience with networking subnetting, routing, and firewalls.
  • Knowledge on Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Disciplines of 24x 7 managed services, hosted service company, or Network Operations Center preferably in the FinTech industry.
