As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing business development strategies and plans to increase our customer base and revenue growth. Your role includes generating leads, creating and delivering presentations, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for monitoring competitor activity and identifying new business opportunities. This is a full-time on-site role located in Panadura.
- Experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer base
- Strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and monitor competitors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or related fields is a plus
