Position - Full Stack Web Developer

Feelo, an emerging e-commerce platform, is looking for skillful and flexible individuals as Full Stack Web Developers to build its website on Shopify.

The ideal candidate can expect a minimum salary of Rs.90,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing the website (e-commerce store) on the Shopify platform.
• Implementing themes to the store and developing custom Shopify themes.
• Translating technical requirements and mockups into site features and improvements.
• Integrating third-party apps into the Shopify store.
• Setting up payment integration in the Shopify store.
• Page speed optimization of the store website.
• Implementing SEO and CRO (Search Engine Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices in the store website.
• Developing custom Shopify apps.
• Extending Shopify’s functionalities using Storefront APIs, Admin APIs, liquid programming, meta fields, etc.
• Identifying and fixing the bugs.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the Shopify store and the website.
• Coordinating with the CTO and communicating the status of development efforts.
• Documenting the development process, architecture, and standard components.
• Staying up-to-date with Shopify updates, API changes, and e-commerce industry trends to ensure the Shopify store and the website are up-to-date and efficient.

Ideal Candidate Has:

• At least 1 year of experience in Shopify application development.
• Expertise in Shopify APIs and their usage.
• Knowledge of REST API.
• Knowledge of Liquid coding, Shopify Plus, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Shopify Admin API and Storefront API.
• Experience in Node.js, React.js, and/or PHP would be an advantage.
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, BitBucket, etc.
• Experience with Shopify instance management and configuration.
• Experience in mobile-first / responsive web development.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to take directions from leadership and teammates while providing valuable input on enhancing processes and experiences.
• Good interpersonal skills
• The ability to solve problems, think critically, and work independently.
