What we Expect
Holding a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management or a related field
4+ years of experience in building software applications
Ability to itemize and estimate deliverables, and author technical specs
Experience in leading a team
Experience in stakeholder management and customer reporting
Working proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Experience with automated testing, CICD tools
Experience in working with Android Native projects will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Build scalable software applications and get involved in architectural design
Identify and apply the right design patterns and frameworks
Use the best practices and code coverage tools to ensure code quality
Participate in effort estimates, design or code reviews, and guide the team towards best practices and coding standard adherence
Mentor team members
Solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies
