About The Role
We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or undergraduate students who are passionate about data, process improvement, and analytics. You will play a key role in identifying operational gaps, improving workflows, and supporting data-driven decision-making while developing your expertise in reporting tools, analytics platforms, and business optimization strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows, operational processes, and datasets to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support the optimization of internal systems, reporting structures, and performance tracking methods.
- Prepare, maintain, and update reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytics tools.
- Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and performance gaps through data analysis.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Support management with insights and recommendations for better decision-making.
- Help maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Curious and proactive mindset with the ability to ask the right questions.
- Ability to identify issues and gaps in current data, workflows, and operations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Preferably a Data Science student with an interest in pursuing a career in Data Analytics.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Optional / Added Advantage
- Experience with Looker Studio or Tableau
- Knowledge of APIs
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge of Python
