Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Colombo District for a Customer Support Intern. The intern will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing technical support, maintaining prompt and professional communication, and analyzing customer feedback to identify and improve support processes.

- Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting

- Currently pursuing or having a diploma in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
