Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business, product, and engineering.
You’ll turn ideas into clear, structured, and executable requirements that drive fast and accurate product delivery in an Agile setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert business needs into detailed requirements specifications that include epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product Engineering, Engineering, and QA in an Agile environment.
- Support the Product Manager in maintaining a well-prioritized and ready-to-execute backlog
- Break down complex requirements into sprint-ready work
- Support UAT, testing alignment, and release validation
- Facilitate requirement discussions and stakeholder alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (IT / CS / Engineering / Business or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BA in IT / digital product teams
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong skills in writing Requirement specifications, User stories, Acceptance criteria, and BRDs.
- Hands-on experience with Jira + Confluence
