Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kadawatha for an Associate Design Engineer. The Associate Design Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of engineering and construction projects across residential, commercial, industrial, cabana, and villa developments. The role involves the use of computer-aided design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to create detailed drawings, models, and design solutions.
The candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure designs meet both technical specifications and aesthetic requirements. Additional responsibilities include supporting design optimization, resolving technical challenges, and contributing to efficient and high-quality project delivery aligned with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Architectural/Structural Design
- Strong understanding of Civil Engineering and construction principles
- Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM modeling
- Knowledge or exposure to residential, commercial, industrial, cabana, or villa design projects
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Undergraduates, fresh graduates, and candidates seeking associate-level roles are encouraged to apply
- Degree (completed or in progress) in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
