We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our business growth across two key functions: Sales and Grants & Tenders. This is a part-time, flexible engagement to start — with the very real opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
What You Will Be Doing
Sales
- Identifying and reaching out to businesses in the energy and healthcare sectors as potential clients and partners
- Conducting outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to generate leads and build relationships
- Following up consistently to move conversations forward and support the growth of our business pipeline
- Maintaining organised records of outreach activity and pipeline progress
Grants & Tenders
- Researching and identifying relevant grant opportunities and open tenders across global markets
- Writing clear, compelling, and well-structured grant proposals and tender submissions from scratch
- Tracking deadlines and managing submissions to ensure nothing is missed
- Staying up to date with funding landscapes across the energy and healthcare sectors
What We Are Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience organising events or managing projects is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and Microsoft Office tools
- A background or interest in energy, healthcare, or business development is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
