Join Us as an AI/ML Engineer!
Bring your extensive expertise in advanced data modelling, machine learning, and predictive analytics to solve complex financial challenges and deliver actionable insights. Your Key Responsibilities are:
o Crafting and integrating data science projects from the ground up.
o Project planning, including estimation, setting milestones and releases and tracking.
o Working closely with business stakeholders to identify problems, document them and propose solutions.
o Research and Development on approaches to solve business needs and propose recommendations.
o Creating data assets and related pipelines to assist ML training and inferencing/scoring tasks.
o Responsible for the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including training, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of models, with a strong emphasis on adhering to engineering principles, industry best practices, and ensuring model quality and reliability in production.
o Working closely with software engineers and architects to integrate ML products into existing applications.

We are strictly interested in candidates who are results-oriented, able to work with minimum supervision, who thrives on innovation and takes initiative.
o Degree in computer science, data science, engineering or equivalent with a strong portfolio showcasing continuous learning and application of data science principles.
o A solid 2+ years of data science expertise backed by proven ability with successful projects.
o A highly curious and analytical mindset with a passion for exploring data, identifying patterns, and iteratively refining solutions.
o Solid foundation in machine learning algorithms with a demonstrated commitment to staying current with the latest advancements and exploring new techniques.
o A deep understanding of deep learning, including Generative AI and document AI.
o Deep understanding and hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions using generative AI and advanced Agentic frameworks and SDKs, including but not limited to RAG, LangGraph, CrewAI, and BeeAI.
o Expertise in Python and the tools and libraries that make ML magic happen.
o A background in software engineering and DevOps practices, MLOps deployment, and infrastructure will be considered favourably.
o A results-oriented professional, able to work with minimum supervision, who thrives on innovation and takes initiative.
Desirable
Part qualification/ qualification in finance or accountancy along with experience working in financial data related projects is highly desirable.
