Hiring: Web Designer (Contract to Hire) | 6–8 Years Experience
We are looking for a highly creative and independent Web Designer who can transform ideas into a visually compelling and credible digital experience.
We already have mid-fidelity wireframes for our homepage and a clear brand direction in place.
Your role will be to elevate these foundations into a polished, modern website that reflects:
- 10+ years of credibility
- A strong human-centric approach
- A modern, forward-thinking tech perspective
This is an opportunity for someone who can own the design process end-to-end and bring fresh, innovative thinking to the table.
Key Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in web design / product design
- Strong hands-on expertise in: Webflow & Figma
- AI design tools (for efficiency and innovation)
- Ability to convert wireframes into high-impact UI/UX designs
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and layout
- Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- A designer who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Someone with a strong design portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality websites
- Ability to balance creativity with business goals
- A proactive thinker who brings new ideas and perspectives
Preferred
- Experience designing award-winning websites (inspired by platforms like Awwwards)
- Strong understanding of global design standards and trends
