Overview
We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer who can deliver high-quality software solutions using spec-driven development and AI-assisted coding tools. The role involves turning product requirements into clear technical plans, leading development, and ensuring consistent delivery of scalable and reliable applications.
What We Need
- 5+ years of experience in building production software (full-stack or backend-heavy, preferably .NET).
- Strong experience with software architecture, system design, and scalable applications.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Experience leading or mentoring small engineering teams (3–6 engineers).
- Strong skills in technical specification writing, problem-solving, and Agile development practices.
