We are looking for a service-oriented Junior Network Engineer to join our client's NOC team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their technical skills while working with real-world network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and modern enterprise systems.
𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
✍Monitor daily network performance and service availability.
✍Troubleshoot network incidents, outages, and connectivity issues.
✍Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
✍Perform hardware replacements, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
✍Maintain network documentation and asset records.
✍Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
✍Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve faults.
✍Support backup and disaster recovery activities.
✍Participate in rostered after-hours support if required.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 & 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆:
✅1–3 years of experience in network support or network engineering.
✅Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
✅Exposure to Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, GPON, or similar platforms.
✅Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn.
✅Good communication and teamwork skills.
✅Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
✅Experience in service provisioning and customer connectivity support.
𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:
✅Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
✅CCNA / JNCIA / MTCNA or equivalent certification (or currently studying).
✅Basic Linux knowledge.
✅Interest in automation or scripting (Python, Bash, APIs).
