Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern Website Developer based in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The Intern Website Developer will be responsible for assisting in both front-end and back-end web development tasks, collaborating with team members to design and develop effective websites and applications, and ensuring projects meet client requirements. Additional responsibilities include testing, debugging, and improving existing code, staying updated on modern web development tools and technologies, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design with skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of Back-End Web Development and Programming, including experience with frameworks such as Laravel or Node.js
- Familiarity with Web Development tools and workflows to support production and deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to professional development
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with modern frameworks like Angular or other comparable technologies is a plus
