- Perform manual testing and assist in QA processes
- Identify bugs, track issues, and ensure product quality
- Support project planning, task tracking, and team coordination
- Work closely with developers and designers
- Assist in basic development tasks (frontend/backend when required)
- Basic understanding of Software Testing / QA concepts
- Familiarity with web/app development (HTML, CSS, JS or any framework)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Interest in project management tools (Trello, Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
- Knowledge of automation testing
- Experience with Git/version control
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum
